What Frustrates Blind Users on the Web: Research on 100 Blind Users

Abstract
This talk presents findings from a recent research study on how blind users respond to frustrating situations on the web. 100 Blind users took part in this study, which makes it one of the largest research studies of blind users, and the findings provide guidance on how to improve web site design for blind users, and how blind users and visual users respond differently.
