User-Centered Design Processes for Web Sites

Abstract
This talk, loosely based on the book I wrote titled "Web Usability: A User-Centered Design Approach", offers information on the design process for web sites. This talk addresses methods and techniques for user involvement, when involvement is apropriate and when it is not, and how to change design based on input from the users.
